# Atchai

> Atchai is an independent AI consultancy founded in 2011 in London, UK. We help organisations identify, build, and deploy AI systems that work. Our founder and CTO, John Griffin, is personally involved in every engagement. We are tech agnostic with a preference for open source. We combine 15 years of enterprise delivery experience with the agility of a small, senior team. Clients include the UK Cabinet Office, Bank of England, NHS, FCDO, Microsoft, Unilever, Cisco, and Danone.

Atchai provides AI strategy, engineering, and consulting services. We help organisations move from AI exploration to production deployment. We evaluate build vs buy decisions with independent advice, act as a fractional CTO, and deliver production AI systems on our clients' infrastructure with full IP transfer.
